12 KFVS: Heartland native chosen as fourth cohort of Marshall-Motley Scholars Program
The Legal Defense Fund (LDF) announced its 2024 recipients of the Marshall-Motley Scholars Program (MMSP). Of the fourth 10-person cohort of the MMSP one is from the Heartland.
According to LDF, Miracle Bird is a Cape Girardeau native, an alumna of Southeast Missouri State University and will be a spring graduate with a Master of Public Administration, also from Southeast Missouri State University.
